Your plan, three ways.
Let GymBunny build it around you, paste the one your coach sent, or pick a classic. Whichever you choose, it runs the same way in the gym.

- Built from your answers. Goal, days a week, minutes per session, experience, age. Most are already filled in from your profile.
- Only what your gym has. Full gym, home rack, dumbbells or no kit at all, down to the single machine.
- Easy on what hurts. Tell it about your knees, back or shoulders and it swaps moves and starts others lighter.
- Shows its reasoning. Starting weights, rest and warm-ups are set, and "Why this plan" explains each choice with the research behind it.

- Any text works. A PDF from your coach, a Reddit post, a WhatsApp message, your old notes.
- Reads the numbers. Day headings, sets × reps, weights, rest and RPE become real sets you can log.
- Nothing guessed silently. Every number is marked as stated, filled from your defaults, or unclear and waiting for you.
- Stays on your phone. Read offline, without an account.

- 112 programs in the library. PPL, upper/lower, 5×5, 5/3/1 and the Reddit classics. Type GZCLP, nSuns or StrongLifts and it finds them.
- Yours to change. Adopt one, then swap exercises, add days, change sets.
- Or start blank. Name your days and add exercises in under a minute, with supersets, drop sets and last-set max if you want them.
- From a friend. Scan their QR code or open their link and the program lands in your library.
Charts that answer one question: is it working?
Estimated 1RM per lift, weekly volume, personal records the moment they happen, and a muscle map that shows which muscles got their sets this week and which are short.
- Every lift, one line. Estimated 1RM over a month or a quarter, and a year with Pro.
- Muscle balance. 28 muscles against a target zone, with the next step spelled out: "Quads: 3 sets short."
- PRs with receipts. Each session lists what you beat and by how much.

Leave the phone in the bag.
The whole session runs on Apple Watch: log with the Digital Crown, rest with your heart rate on screen, rate the effort, see the summary. Your iPhone keeps the numbers.

Before you install
The short answers. Billing, restoring on a new phone, the Watch and Apple Health are on the support page.
- Is Free really unlimited?
- Almost. Workouts, sets, exercises and history have no cap. Charts on Free cover the last three months, and you get one real progression suggestion a week. Free holds two programs at a time, and programs you adopt from the library or get from a friend count toward those two; only the one we hand you on day one doesn't. Pro lifts all three.
- Do I need an account?
- No. Start as a guest and everything stays on the phone. Sign in later to sync and to get the Pro trial; your history comes with you.
- Android?
- Being built now, same app, same account. Google Play will show a listing when it is ready to test.
- When does it launch?
- When it is finished, not before. No waitlist, no early access. The changelog shows what lands each week.
Your next PR is one hop away.
