Coming back on day 22.

Carrots, streaks, quests and ten ranks, aimed squarely at the week-three dropout. Gentle nudges, never guilt.

Motivation dies around week three. Here is what week three looks like here.

Every finished set earns a carrot. Carrots plant and grow a small burrow garden, and nothing in it ever dies or touches your training.

  • A carrot for every set. Not points for opening the app. A carrot lands when a set is actually done.
  • Streaks that read your plan. A planned rest day breaks nothing, and streak-saver reminders are yours to control.
  • Quests. Three weekly quests and daily ones, dealt fresh. Each is a week of training, not an afternoon.
  • Achievements. Tiered, for loud PRs and for quiet consistency alike.
Workout complete: 12 of 12 sets, +12 carrots earned, two new PRs

The garden grows when you train.

Plants grow with workouts, never with time, so nothing wilts while you are away. If you want a reminder that the garden is thirsty, it is one gentle nudge and you control it.

  • Every 15 minutes trained adds a drop; a drop waters one plot.
  • Tap ripe plants to harvest carrots back into your wallet.
  • Pro changes how it looks, never how it grows: seasonal styles, decorations, a bunny wardrobe.

The Burrow, recorded in the app.

Ten ranks, and nothing locked behind them.

Ranks are proof you kept showing up, earned per set and not per login. They are never a paywall. The numbers are the carrots each rank needs.

Your first ninety days.

A lifter who trains about three times a week. Yours will look different, and that is fine.

  1. Week 1

The bar is on the floor, on purpose

Build one program in about a minute and log your first sessions. No setup wizard. Tap Log set, collect your first carrots.

  2. Week 2

    You stop deciding

Every weight and rep is pre-filled from last time, so opening the app is not a decision any more. Beat the number or match it.

  3. Week 4

    Where trackers usually die

Week three is the wall. By now you have a streak worth protecting and quests to claim, and nothing guilt-trips you.

  4. Week 6

    The graphs get a shape

Enough sessions have stacked up that your volume line means something. The first PRs land, spotted for you.

  5. Week 9

It points out what you skip

Your weekly volume is trending, and the numbers quietly mention that pull day is being neglected. Adjust, do not guess.

  6. Week 12

    Three months of receipts

A streak you will not break for fun, and a full season of work to scroll back through. Motivation is a trail behind you now.

The reward layer is never for sale.

Pro can make the garden look different. It never sells carrots, water or growth, and no rank sits behind a payment. Not your thing? Switch every rank, quest and carrot off in Settings and use GymBunny as a plain tracker.

Your next PR is one hop away.

Install, pick a program or import your history, and log the first set. It takes less time than reading this page.
